Calling all 11-18 year old HE young people

Got views on education, the environment, knife crime, public transport, poverty, fair trade?

Have we ever! This is for our 11-18 year olds. Please pass this on to as MANY home ed young people as you can. If our YP all responded to this appeal it could have amazing consequences.

Remember the DCSF ideas tree a few weeks ago?! We populated THAT with home ed views!

We also know that when our community takes part in consultations, the Government gets more than double the usual number of responses...

This is a great chance for our young people to get themselves heard, so can I really strongly encourage you to send these links to any that you know...........

The UK Youth Parliament (UKYP) is currently updating its Manifesto and they want to hear from any young person aged 11-18 who has an idea, issue, passion or cause they want to share.

All ideas will be discussed by Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) at this year's UKYP Annual Sitting in July. The best ideas will then be included in UKYP's new Manifesto.

To suggest an idea for the Manifesto, please go to: http://www.ukyouthparliament.org.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=40

To use the forum, you will need to register first, which you can do here: http://www.ukyouthparliament.org.uk/forums/register.php
